This 90-minute class offers a compassionate space to move through loss with gentle yoga, breathwork, sound therapy and group discussion. Led by Eileen Gavin, E-RYT 200, LMT, a Certified Compassionate Bereavement Care Yoga Instructor (CBC-Yoga), this practice is designed to help release physical tightness, cultivate awareness, and support emotional healing.

We’ll kick off with a focused discussion on proper alignment and body mechanics to make arm balances feel safe, accessible, and achievable. Then, we’ll move through a multi-level flow to warm up and prepare your body for flight. Together, we’ll break down and explore iconic postures like Crow, Side Crow, Flying Splits, Flying Pigeon, and Dragonfly — giving you the tools, drills, and support needed to lift off. Whether you’re brand new to arm balances or looking to refine your form and technique, this workshop will leave you feeling stronger, lighter, and inspired.

Full Moon Yoga & Sound

We’ll flow through a grounding practice followed by an extended savasana and immersive sound bath to soothe the body, calm the mind, and awaken inner clarity. Held on the lawn of the historic

Whitehurst-Buffington House, this outdoor experience invites you to fully arrive in the present and connect with the magic of the moonlit sky. Bring a mat or large blanket to practice on, wear comfortable layers and come as you are. In the event of rain, class will be moved indoors to The Healing Loft.

Community Flow

Set in a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere, this class will guide you through a gentle sequence designed to build strength, focus, and connection. In partnership with Connect with a Wish, a local nonprofit supporting children in the foster care system, your entry fee will be a heartfelt monetary donation of your choosing.
