Book Your Time & Day: Scroll down to choose your preferred duration. You’ll then see a live calendar with available dates.
Create or Log In to Your Mindbody (MB) Account
If you don’t have a Mindbody account, you’ll be prompted to create one. If you already have an account, simply log in and search The Healing Loft.
ENABLE COMMUNICATIONS:
Make sure the Account Management and Schedule Updates boxes are checked so you can receive emails from us about your rental reservation.
Complete Rental Documentation (sent via email)
You'll receive a booking confirmation email titled, "THL CONFIRMATION - COMPLETE ALL ATTACHED FORMS" with your reserved time slot.
Please fill out the THREE forms - "The Studio Rental Agreement," "Event/Offering Information" and "Tenant Waiver of Insurance and Liability."
Complete Payment: An email will be sent for you to complete payment once your event/class draws closer. You will be able to "pay off your balance" on your mindbody account. Email receipts will be sent for your records.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Every rental includes a 15-min setup and 15-min breakdown as a courtesy. Please plan accordingly. If you need more set up/break down time, we recommend booking a longer rental.
Use of all studio props: mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, 13 folding chairs, a 4ft folding table, and more.
Optional access to our Mindbody (MB) platform—a professional booking and registration tool we provide at no extra cost. It allows your participants to easily pre-register for your offering and allows you to view these pre-registrations, helping you track attendance and streamline event management.
Again, MB is OPTIONAL. You may use social media, eventbrite, email/call, or other ways to manage bookings and track attendance if you wish.
Please note: MB is provided as a sign-up tool only. Clients register through Mindbody, but they will pay you, the host, directly. Hosts are responsible for collecting all payments from participants.
