Ready to book your recurring rental package? Follow these simple steps to get started:

1. Check Availability: Visit our website and view our live rental calendar to ensure your preferred date and time are available.
2. Book Your First Class: Secure your initial preferred class by completing the booking process. During the booking process, you’ll be prompted with a question about recurring rentals. If you're ready, simply enter your chosen tier package, or if you're still considering options, you can simply indicate your interest in recurring rentals.
3. Current Recurring Instructors: If you're already a recurring instructor, you do not need to book any classes. Simply email us directly!
4. Finalize Your Package: Once we receive your recurring request, we’ll email you to confirm your selected tier package and finalize the details.

• Package Changes:
  • All packages are month-to-month. A few days prior to a new month, you’ll receive a form, which must be completed in full to capture any class changes, times, or days for the upcoming month. Please be sure to submit promptly to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Your Mindbody account will be charged the appropriate balance, and payment is due no later than 5 days into the new month. If payment is not received by the due date, your classes will be paused until payment is processed.
• Additional Hours:

  If you need additional hours, you'll still pay the same discounted hourly rate as your selected tier package. For example, if you're in Tier 1 with up to 4 hours/month, you’ll still pay your discounted hourly rate of $36.25—no surprise price hikes! We know some months have more days or weeks than others, but by locking in your rate, you’re getting the best deal, even when the hours don’t perfectly align with the months.

• Additional Hours Cancellation Policy:
  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or credit for a future booking.
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours notice or Instructor No-Show: Full charge, no refund.
• Cancellation Policy for Tier Package Members:

  For tier package members, cancellations and rollover hours are handled on a case-by-case basis. By selecting a tier package, you’re committing to a set number of hours and reserving the room for specific days and times each month. Since these hours are paid for upfront, if a class is canceled or no clients show, no refund will be issued, as the space was unavailable to others. However, we understand emergencies happen, so if you need to cancel or adjust a class, please communicate to us as soon as possible, as rollover/make-up hours are evaluated individually.
