TENANT RENTAL INSTRUCTIONS

Book Your Appointment: Click the "Book" button (at the bottom of this screen) and confirm your appointment to rent the space.
Create or Log In to Your Mindbody Account
If you don’t have a Mindbody account, you’ll be prompted to create one. If you already have an account, you’ll need to log in.
Register your mindbody account with The Healing Loft.
Enable Communications: You will have to make sure you allow communications from The Healing Loft.
Make sure the Account Management and Schedule Updates boxes are checked when you register your new profile. These ensure you receive reminders, confirmations, and important updates about your bookings.
Receive Confirmation Emails: After booking, you will receive two emails:
A welcome email (only sent when you first join) explaining the next steps.
A booking confirmation email titled "THL CONFIRMATION - COMPLETE ALL ATTACHED FORMS" with your reserved time slot.
Please fill out the THREE forms - "The Studio Rental Agreement," "Studio Rental Inquiry - Custom Event" and "Tenant Waiver of Insurance and Liability."
Complete Payment: An email will be sent for you to complete payment once your event/class draws closer. You will be able to "pay off your balance" on your mindbody account. Email receipts will be sent for your records.
Instructors will also be able to download the Mindbody Business app (provided by THL) to check in their participants, track attendance and ensure you class stays within appropriate maximum capacity limits.
